A sunken driveway isn't just ugly — it damages tires and suspensions, sends rainwater toward your garage and foundation, and drags down your home's curb appeal. Jack It Up raises settled driveway slabs back to level using polyurethane foam injection (polyjacking), restoring a smooth, safe surface in a single morning.
DFW's expansive clay soil swells when wet and shrinks when dry. Over years, that movement — plus water washing out the base under your slab — creates voids. The concrete has nowhere to go but down, usually worst at the garage approach and along joints.
We drill a few dime-sized holes in the settled sections, inject expanding polyurethane foam beneath the slab, and watch it raise the concrete back to grade — monitored to the eighth of an inch. The foam fills the voids that caused the sinking, then we patch the holes and caulk open joints against future water intrusion.
The foam reaches roughly 90% strength in about 15 minutes. Unlike a replacement pour that needs a week of curing, you can typically park on your leveled driveway the same day — at 50–70% less than tear-out and repour.

Usually yes. Structurally sound slabs with cracks can be lifted and the joints sealed. If a section is too crumbled to save, we'll tell you honestly rather than lift something that won't hold.
